Sexual wellness is an important part of overall health, yet it is often overlooked or difficult to talk about. Many women experience challenges related to intimacy, desire, body connection, or past experiences, but may not have had a safe or supportive space to explore these concerns.

Partner or relational support can be included where helpful.
