My work focuses on helping clients reconnect with their inner resilience so they can make choices that support their wellbeing and live with greater clarity and intention.

My approach is holistic and personalized. I combine coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), mindfulness, and other mind-body tools to help clients identify underlying patterns and develop sustainable strategies for change. Together we explore what is contributing to stress or overwhelm while building practical steps that support resilience, adaptability, and long-term wellbeing.
At HWP, coaching often works alongside counselling and holistic wellness services. Tamar collaborates within this whole-person model to help clients translate insights into daily habits and practical actions that support emotional wellbeing and sustainable lifestyle change.
Monday & Friday: 10 AM – 4:30 PM PT
Tuesday: 10 AM – 1:30 PM PT
Thursday: 10 AM – 12:30 PM PT and 4:30 PM – 6 PM PT
I find inspiration in the small moments, whether it's a reflective journal entry, a walk in nature, or a shared conversation over coffee. Outside of work, I volunteer for causes I believe in and enjoy connecting with people across cultures and generations. For me, coaching is not just a role, it is a way of being present, curious, and engaged with the world.
