At HWP, energy healing can complement counselling, coaching, and other body-based services. Orsi’s work supports clients in integrating emotional and cognitive insights at a deeper level, helping shifts feel embodied and sustained. This allows healing to extend beyond awareness into lived experience.

I am a Registered Social Worker and trauma-informed yoga practitioner who offers mental health-focused yoga sessions designed to support grounding, emotional regulation, and connection with the body. My work blends clinical social work experience with therapeutic yoga practices to help clients navigate stress and reconnect with a sense of steadiness and self-awareness.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, combining somatic awareness, breathwork, and gentle movement with strengths-based social work principles. Sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation while helping clients explore how stress and emotional patterns show up in the body. Each practice is adaptable and paced according to what feels supportive for the client in that moment.
At HWP, body-based practices like therapeutic yoga can complement counselling and coaching. Taylor’s work supports clients in integrating emotional healing with physical awareness, helping progress made in therapy translate into everyday regulation and resilience.
