My name is Munira Mistry, and I am an executive coach, educator, and project management leader with over 17 years of experience across banking, business operations, and adult education. My coaching philosophy is grounded in connection, presence, and purposeful reflection. I believe true transformation begins when people feel genuinely heard. Through deep listening and practical tools, I help individuals reconnect with their own clarity and strength. What drives me is the joy of witnessing others unlock their potential, take courageous steps forward, and realize that the answers they seek already lie within them.
My journey began with early life responsibilities and the challenge of navigating leadership without a mentor. Through resilience, curiosity, and hands-on experience, I grew into senior roles in banking and later transitioned into education and coaching. The common thread throughout has been my unwavering belief in the power of empathy, emotional intelligence, and growth through service. My work is shaped by the same values I live by: integrity, compassion, and a desire to empower others, especially those striving to thrive amid change and uncertainty.
My approach blends structured learning with intuitive growth. I combine mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and practical action to create meaningful outcomes. Rather than offering quick fixes, I support clients in discovering the "why" behind their goals so change becomes not just sustainable but personally transformative. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 17 years of cross-functional experience in banking, change management, and post-secondary education. I am completing an Executive Coaching Certification and a Time Management Certification to further support my clients with tested tools and frameworks. My background includes leadership roles in a corporate environment and extensive experience in adult learning and cross-cultural environments.
I find inspiration in the small moments, whether it's a reflective journal entry, a walk in nature, or a shared conversation over coffee. Outside of work, I volunteer for causes I believe in and enjoy connecting with people across cultures and generations.
