Hello, I'm Mobina

I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker, Traumatologist, and Vocational Rehabilitation Professional who helps clients move through stress, trauma, and life challenges so they can feel like themselves again and reconnect with their future. When we begin working together, we start by identifying your goals and creating a clear path forward so you can move beyond feeling stuck and toward meaningful change.

My work integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, somatic therapy, and strengths-based approaches. I view healing through a systems lens, recognizing that mental health challenges are often shaped by personal, relational, and systemic experiences. Together we focus on helping you develop insight, emotional tools, and strategies so you can move forward with confidence and independence.

In addition to psychotherapy, I offer transition coaching for clients who are navigating change and ready to focus on what comes next.

Transition coaching is a future-focused process where we clarify your direction, strengthen decision-making, and take practical steps forward during periods of uncertainty or life transition.

At HWP, counselling works alongside holistic services such as nutrition, movement, and other wellness supports so clients can address both the emotional and practical aspects of their wellbeing. This integrated approach helps people rebuild stability, resilience, and a sense of direction.

Tuesday & Wednesday 4PM–9PM PST.

  • My favorite dish is curry with naan and Biryani. It reminds me of my home country Pakistan.
