My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can openly explore what you’re experiencing while developing the tools and resilience needed to move forward with confidence.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), tailoring sessions to your goals and what will best support your wellbeing.
Mental health is deeply connected to how we care for our bodies, relationships, and daily lives. As part of HWP’s whole-person care model, counselling supports emotional wellbeing while working alongside services such as nutrition, movement practices, and coaching. Together, these approaches help create sustainable change that supports both mental and physical health.
Monday and Wednesday evenings as well as some day appointments.
