My work is grounded in a strengths-based approach that focuses on helping you build coping skills and resilience. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), tailoring sessions to your goals and what will best support your wellbeing.

Working with me, you would learn to:

  • Develop practical skills for managing stress and emotions
  • Strengthen your resilience and confidence

Mental health is deeply connected to how we care for our bodies, relationships, and daily lives. As part of HWP’s whole-person care model, counselling supports emotional wellbeing while working alongside services such as nutrition, movement practices, and coaching. Together, these approaches help create sustainable change that supports both mental and physical health.

Monday and Wednesday evenings as well as some day appointments.
