I am a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, youth, and families through life’s challenges. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported in processing their emotions and experiences while developing practical steps toward healing and positive change.

My work draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), humanistic approaches, and solution-focused therapy. Together we take one step at a time, exploring emotions and identifying practical strategies that help you move forward.
Emotional wellbeing is an important part of overall health. Within HWP’s whole-person approach, counselling can work alongside other supports such as nutrition, wellness practices, and coaching to help clients care for their mental, physical, and emotional needs. This collaborative model helps create lasting and meaningful change.
