I’m a Registered Social Worker and trauma-informed yoga practitioner offering online, mental health focused yoga sessions designed to support grounding, emotional regulation, and connection to self. My work blends clinical social work, child and youth mental health experience, and therapeutic yoga to help clients navigate everyday stress through body-breath connection. I’m inspired by the way small moments of awareness, like feeling the earth beneath the feet or noticing a steady breath, can create meaningful shifts in the nervous system.
My path has been shaped by 8 years of supporting children, youth, and families through instability, trauma, and transition. In both social work and yoga, I’ve witnessed how healing becomes possible when people feel safe, seen, and supported in their own rhythm. My work is grounded in values of compassion, curiosity, and relationship believing that connection to one’s body and breath can be a stabilizing force during overwhelming moments. These experiences continue to guide my commitment to accessible, inclusive, and responsive care.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, blending elements of somatic awareness, grounding practices, and strengths-based social work. Sessions often include breathing techniques, gentle movement, or stillness practices that help clients reconnect with their bodies while exploring emotional patterns and stress responses. I prioritize pacing, consent, and attunement, ensuring that every practice is adaptable and responsive to what the client is experiencing that day.
I value creating a space that feels steady, warm, and non-judgmental where clients can show up exactly as they are. My work is grounded in safety, collaboration, and embodiment; I see healing as something that unfolds when people feel empowered to explore at their own pace. I am passionate about helping clients cultivate tools that honour their nervous system, support emotional regulation, and build trust in their inner resources.
I welcome working with anyone who feels aligned with my services. My practice tends to resonate with individuals who are looking for grounding, body-based support, whether they’re navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional stress, or simply seeking steadier connection to themselves.
