I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who focuses on the connection between gut health, nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing. My journey into holistic nutrition began through my own health challenges, which led me to explore root-cause approaches to healing. Today, I help clients create sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes so they can feel more balanced, energized, and connected to their bodies.

My work is integrative and root-cause focused. I combine holistic nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and mind–body awareness to support gut health, hormone balance, and nervous system regulation. I look at the whole person and help clients understand how stress, lifestyle patterns, and emotional experiences influence their physical health.
Nutrition and lifestyle play an important role in mental and emotional wellbeing. At HWP, holistic nutrition works alongside counselling and other wellness services to support the connection between gut health, hormones, stress, and overall vitality. This whole-person approach helps clients build sustainable habits that support both body and mind.
Tuesday & Thursday 7AM-6PM PST
I cycle year round even in -45 temperatures (studded tires and Hot chocolate helps :) I also love snowboarding and have a side business called Beerising where I share healthy foods and gardening! I currently have a chest freezer full of tomatoes and zucchinis!
