As a counsellor at Health and Wellness Professionals, I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, stress, and personal challenges. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore what you are experiencing while developing practical strategies that support emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

My approach is client-centred and grounded in collaboration. Together we work to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, and develop practical tools that help strengthen resilience and self-awareness.
Training includes:
Additional continuing education in trauma-informed care, resilience training, youth mental health, autism support, crisis response, and culturally informed care including Indigenous ways of knowing.
At HWP, care often involves more than one practitioner. When helpful, I may collaborate with other professionals across counselling, coaching, nutrition, or body-based services so your care feels coordinated and supportive across different areas of wellbeing.
Monday- Friday: 1PM-6PM PST
Saturday-Sunday: 8AM to 4PM PST
In my personal life, I nourish my well-being through metaphysical reading, aromatherapy, skincare, movement, and quality time with loved ones. These practices support my belief in holistic healing; mind, body, and spirit. And if you allow it, I would be honoured to write you a personalized poem at the end of our work together as a way of celebrating your growth.
